RETURNS
All product sales are final.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
No exchanges or refunds are provided on any products. Replacements are provided if the product arrives damaged. Proof of damage is required.

SHIPPING
LeadingRE uses FedEx for its shipments and no signature is required for delivery. When placing an order, please include your email address to receive FedEx tracking information on your package. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Delays
While we do the very best we can do to deliver your order to you on time, unfortunately, there are still things we can't control like extreme weather or FedEx mechanical delays. We will do absolutely everything we can to assist you when this occurs and appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

International Shipments
When shipping to destinations outside of the continental U.S., you will be contacted by LeadingRE to arrange payment for additional shipping charges after submitting your order.
